There should be a setting in your bios to reset to defaults that should fix any overclocking that has been done on your system.

Well I pressed 'delete' at start up and chose 'reset to defaults' . But I'm not sure whether this is a problem but this is what it says in AIDA64.

Under CPU SPEED:
CPU Clock 1197.4 MHz (original: 2300 MHz)

But every few seconds it shows

CPU Clock 3092.3 MHz (original 2300 MHz, overclock 34%)

Also, my Intel HD Graphics 4000 seems to be very out of date. Would updating them help?

Updating your Intel graphics couldn't hurt, but I am not sure how it would be affecting your dedicated graphics card. and resetting your bios as you just described should remove any overclocking. Let us know if you are still getting BSODs

I am unfortunately.... I've updated every single driver that was outdated. Installed the intel graphics and yeah... Tempratures don't go above 73 celsius at most under heavy gaming. I used a Windows fixit to increase the TDR reset time and it didn't help. I disabled the Nvidia graphics card and if I game on the Intel card, no bsods. Only problem is that the Intel card has horrible fps. Uploaded the latest crash dump and I also downloaded Whocrashed if that helps to point out anything more.

there is only one thing I can think of that I can think of that I don't believe has been tried and that is a Bios update, other than that everything else points to some sort of undetectable hardware error.

The previous days it was running at 35 celsius at idle. I'm going to try cleaning it again and see if it helps.

So I tried cleaning out the laptop again and it didn't seem to affect temperatures. I'm at my wits end on what to do... What's worse that if you search in google you see a huge amount of people with the exact same issue to the T and no solution that worked except for a few minor ones. This laptop is barely 8 months old and had absolutely no problems till I updated windows once and it started. I don't think the video card is failing either since there are no artifacts on the screen and such. As for updating the bios, the only one available on the Nvidia website is pretty old in itself so I don't know what to do.
