The CBS log has related errors for most of those entries, although the actual SFC log is clear.Code:Unavailable repair files: winsxs\manifests\x86_microsoft-windows-tcpip-binaries_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.17206_none_b34bcf71c7782cb0.manifest winsxs\manifests\x86_microsoft-windows-netio-infrastructure_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.22209_none_593c268a2ca0c7fb.manifest winsxs\manifests\x86_microsoft-windows-tcpip-binaries_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.22209_none_b5becc06ddb98192.manifest winsxs\manifests\x86_microsoft-windows-tcpip-binaries_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.21415_none_b3c99dece09ecc3b.manifest winsxs\manifests\x86_microsoft-windows-tcpip-binaries_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.18042_none_b502eb9fc4c2a304.manifest servicing\packages\Package_2_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_2_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_5_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_5_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655_SP1~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655_SP1~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.mum servicing\packages\Package_2_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat servicing\packages\Package_2_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat servicing\packages\Package_5_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat servicing\packages\Package_5_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655_SP1~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655_SP1~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2790655~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.0.cat
I'll post a fix protocol for the missing files a bit later.
Please note that your installed Windows is 32-bit, not 64-bit, as you state in your system specs.
I've uploaded a file - cpyaa.zip - to my SkyDrive at Noel's SkyDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder cpyaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)
Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages
And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests
Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)
Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.
I did what you said but how i run the CheckSUR tool?
Double-click on the download that you (hopefully - it is 300MB+ after all) saved
Filename is Windows6.1-KB947821-v26-x86.msu
I runned it and now? What i need to do?
Service Pack 1 is now installed, but i have five important updates that i can't install.
how i do that? i already runned the file. Sorry for being stupid.
- Navigate to the following folder:
C:\Windows\Logs- Right-click and on the CBS folder and select Copy.
- Minimise all open windows and right-click on your Desktop, then select Paste.
- Right-click on the CBS folder on your Desktop and select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
- A file, CBS.zip should appear on your Desktop.
