Yep mate it will work depends on the age of the board some I have cleaned like that are absolutely filthy from the fine almost microscopic particles that get bound the the contacts when the machine heats up.

But go ahead you can't do any harm by giving it a quick blast remember just very short bursts or the sudden release of pressure withing th can can make the air tune into a stream of very cold liquid a with the resulting air moisture become frozen onto whatever you re blowing well I don't need to tell you what water would do inside the machine eh? .

Hardware and memory is not my cup of tea ..... Gary, Yussi and John can take proper care of those stuff.

What can I say taht a stop 0x1A MEMORY_MANAGEMENT may occur due to not only a failing RAM, but also due to a failing device driver. So I think it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers now.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

information   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

warning   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

Tip   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

I think you need to download the correct memtest. From the snip it shows version 4.2.0, mine is 4.20 and has a green banner.
RAM (memory):
This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
