The pro is a trial version . You may uninstall it and restart the computer . Try removing the program with RevoUninstaller . Inside RevoUninstaller it will launch the malwarebytes builtin Uninstaller use that let it finish then go back to RevoUninstaller and click on next . It will scan for left over registry items if found select Select All and click Delete . Then choose Next inside RevoUninstaller . It will scan for left over files if could do the same as the previous steps and choose Next after it is done deleting .
What do you mean it is a trial version? I paid for it (the Pro I have installed currently).

    Where do I get RevoUninstaller?
My apology thought it was a trial . For the download of Revo Uninstaller click on the download button below

    Download

    Hi,
Have you tried rolling driver back to the previous version for your logitech webcam?
Have you tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the logitech webcam drivers/program software?

This is the driver you want for your Graphics Card:
    Display Driver ver. 8.97.100.7
    Only install the display driver.

The BIOS file downloaded ok for me, try again? There is also a BIOS Utility.

    Cheers
    Dave
Okay so before I install it I have to uninstall the old one right? But which do I uninstall? Just the driver or all?
You may remove everything . You downloaded the latest version right ?

    2 questions..

    VistaKing said:
Yes the Afudos BIOS update tool will help you update your BIOS . You have enough space for the Logitech Webcam. Remove the older version first before you install the current one.
Do I do the Bios update in DOS or is it done in Windows? Just asking before I actually launch the update tool as I have no clue.

Question about programs that show up in RevoUninstaller...

I see a lot of Microsoft ones and I know they are VERY important but what about older ones that are the same but older versions of the newer ones I have? Will removing older ones free up space or remove the newer ones as well or break anything?

On the Support site click on BIOS-Utilities

download Afudos BIOS update tool V2.38
Okay I am having trouble .... what do I do now?? See the screenshots please.

With the clean boot as explained here Clean boot for Windows operating systems - Logitech FAQ .... does that make my Windows run at 32bit instead of 64bit for the time being? I am just trying to understand why the errors would say that when it is definitely 64 bit..

Try to run the Afudos Bios Update Tool v2.38 in administrator mode

Right click on the file and choose Run as administrator

    Added:

Doing more research looks like the Afudos is a dos program . Read your manual or download from the Asus website .
