Ok so when I started up the computer today, it gave me this:

I think there has been a bluescreen after closing down, so I now have the files of the Diagnostic Tool: Attachment 262145
Can you guys have a look?

Looks like a remnant from a previous McAfee install as I dont see McAfee on your system?
Please try the AV removal tool found here:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/78961-av-uninstallers.html

Alternatively navigate to:
C:\windows\system32\drivers and look for mfehidk.sys
Either rename it to mfehidk.sys.old or delete it if your sure no McAfee programs exsists on your computer.
Reboot.

Take memtest just to eliminate memory as a cause if the above doesnt stop your BSOD's.
Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

Tip   Tip
Run these tests overnight

Cheers

Also Mfevtps.exe is a running process on the system.

Mfevtps.exe Description :
McAfee Process Validation Service. Background service installed by McAfee security products such as McAfee VirusScan or McAfee Internet Security. This background service watches over all the McAfee resident protection programs and prevents other programs or the Task Manager from terminating them.
