    BSODs after moving


    Hi,
    Getting intermittent BSODs since I moved a week ago. Seems like they happen when the computer comes out of standby.
    The only thing that has changed since moving is that I'm now running a dual-monitor setup.

    Please help if you can. Thanks

    Established this has something to do with the dual monitor setup as I can provoke a crash when I set the monitor to sleep after 1 minute. Just going to disable the power save option to turn off the monitor after # minutes, and start powering them off manually. Thanks anyway.

Folks: My original PC was equipped with Vista-32, and upgraded it to Seven-32. Now I am thinking of moving to Eight-32/64 onto a new PC but utilizing the cheaper Eight upgrade. Can it be done? The steps I think I need to perform are as follows: Eight-32 Run the sysprep utility.
For ages I was struggling with an issue where my computer would go into numerous freezes and BSODs. I tried many things but nothing seemed to work. Memtest cleared my RAM as being fine. But bizarrely I can temporary fix the issue with the following. 1) computers starts to freeze BSOD...over time...
Moving from 32-bit to 64-bit
in Installation & Setup

I'm looking to buy a PC that comes with Windows 7 Pro 32-bit pre-installed. I want to wipe that and do a fresh install with 64-bit. First, will the license work with both? Second, how would I go about getting the 64-bit version?
