I went ahead and ran the Western Digital Disk checker utility anyways, just to see if that could eliminate anything, and it confirmed that the HDD is operating at 100 percent.

Thanks to one of our other analyst x BlueRobot, He pointed out to me on one of the graphs from the occt test I had you do the VCore voltage should not be rippling in the manner that it is on the graph this could indicate a possible power problem. Unfortunately the only way that you could truly test problems with you power supply is to swap it out with another one.

I see! Unfortunately, this no longer seems to be an issue, as the system has gone dark and refuses to boot up again. While it might very well be the PSU, I guess I have no real way to check for now - I think the motherboard may have gone out with the system!

Still, I very much appreciate your efforts, and hopefully I can get this fixed sometime soon to test it once and for all.

Ouch I am sorry to hear that, it does sound like there may have been a PSU problem, and it may have fryed the mother board. Best of luck getting that replaced, and if you have further troubles after rebuilding let us know we will be happy to help.
