The image is not covering all the information.

Remove disc 2 and disc 3.

Mark the 100 MB System Reserved partition as active.
Method three of Partition - Mark as Active

The other partition does not contain any drive letter, which should be "C". Give it the name then ..."C"
How to change drive Letter - partition software Partition Wizard Help

Now rebuild MBR of the disc.
How to Rebuild MBR with partition manager - Partition Wizard Rebuild MBR Help

Try to boot the computer back ..... with the 320 GB HDD only connected. Let us know it worked or not.

System reserved is already active. The 300 gb partition is not. Also the change letter button for the 300 gb partition is greyest out.

Boot into PW CD again .... and take another camera snap. We need to see the last two columns .... type and status for the 298 GB partition. Also, take a surface test on that partition.

Assuming still there is the 320 GB HDD connected only ..... so try it-

    • Boot into System Recovery Options > Command prompt.
    • Type: diskpart and hit enter.
    • Type: list volume and hit enter.
There should be two volumes listed ... volume 0 and volume 1.
    • Type: select volume 1
    • Type: assign letter=C

Let us know if it works or not.

C is taken by system reserved so I changed that to B and made the 300gb C. I also did a surface test, no errors found. Also, some of the numbers in the parenthesis were wrong in the original post, i fixed that/

For system reserved, no drive name is required. The mechanism is that is is kept hidden, without any drive letter. When the problem will be solver, we will remove the drive letter from System Reserved.

The good thing is that system reserved is marked as active, and the 298 GB partition (C now) is formatted as NTFS.

What is the situation now? Can you boot now?

    If not, follow it:
Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

Or, run Startup Repair for three separate times, with restarts after every single run.
Startup Repair: Run three separate times.
It is important to know if it is detecting any windows installation during the startup repair or not.

Also, check the disc a bit thorough. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download. Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
