Random BSOD probably driver issue

Hi everybody,

Every 2-3 days I get a BSOD sometimes memory manegement or system service exeption. I've read so much this week. Ive tested my memory with memtest86+ 4.20, I had 25 passes so I'm guessing this is not the problem.

Now I've read alot about the drivers so I used the windows driver verificator and selected all the drivers that were not microsoft. Well as soon as I restarted my computer BSOD again.

I finally have a crashdump file that i attached to this thread I hope someone will be abel to help me

I built my own system:
Phenom II 965 BE
Gigabyte 970A-D3
Corsair CML8GX3M2A 1600C9W Vengeance 2X4GB

If you guys need more info dont be shy. I tried alot but have trouble reading and understanding the dump file so maybe someone here can help me. Thanks

Running Win7 x64. Tried multiple fresh insallations, two motherboards, memtest, different HDDs and I've narrowed this down to a driver issue. Also, the only way to complete any Win installs is to unplug all USB deviced before the 'Completing installation' stage. One other problem is after...
