    Random BSOD ID: 1033; BCCode: 1e

    It started happening a month ago, at that time, it happened as soon as I logged in. Following instructions from a friend, I took apart computer, air canned everything, put back together, and reformatted. All new drivers installed, all windows updates installed.

    Computer was working good until last week, started getting BSOD randomly. Sometimes at startup, other times while surfing the web, two days ago while doing work on google drive.

    This is what I got:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005 exception code was not handled
    BCP2: FFFFF800032A626B
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: 000000007EFA0000
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

    Thank you for your help.

    Sorry thought I had uploaded it. Files are up now.

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64 (6.1, Build 7601)
    Gigabyte EX58-UD3R
    i7 920 2.67GHz
    6gb RAM
    ATI Radeon Saphire 4870 1GB

    I have norton internet security 2013, ran update and scan and nothing found. Also used their "power eraser" on the website, nothing found also.

    Thanks.

    From your crash dump ....
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff800032a626b, 0, 7efa0000}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!RtlImageNtHeaderEx+3f )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    According to Carrona.org, STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    Usual causes:
    Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS .

    Specifying the BIOS, coz the dump is silent about the cause of the crash, and at the same time, the BIOS is old enough.
    Code:
    BiosVersion = F5
    BiosReleaseDate = 03/30/2009
    So better you update it at first. Take the FK version, dated 2012/02/29; from http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...?pid=3265#bios

    Let us know the results.

    If the problem continues to occur, in the next post you upload not only the crash dumps, but also upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
