As per the website, it should have ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics. So usually if you connect to the motherboads's graphics port, it should be activated, provided the proper driver is installed. If it is not installed, windows should configure a driver via windows update automatically. But the no signal is not the proper situation. It can happen only when the connection is not properly done.
Edit: Good to see you happy, but you should wait upto the next morning. As, I can say you now, we have to check our next point of thinking..... cold boot BSOD. Which happens due to the voltages during the first boot after a long time.
