Different BSODS occuring, latest include usbport.sys

    Hey there,

I know I've been on here before and had BSOD problems before, but these were resolved for a long long time :).
Unfortunatly I've been getting bsods again, as of the start of 2013.
I hope you guys will be able to help me out.
    I'll attach the dump files.

    Thanks in advance,
    Thomas

I assume you upgraded to Windows 7 with a retail key or a System Builder key?

For confirmation, please post the following report:

It's good, your using a OEM System Builder key :)

Have you looked for any BIOS updates? If you are unable to find any on the Support page from Acer, then you will have the latest BIOS update.

Have you had any other problems?

I've tried searching for BIOS updates before, but I failed on updating it.
I'm quite scared that something will happen while updating/flashing the BIOS because I have 0 experience with it.

Leave the BIOS update then, it was more of a optional suggestion, leave this thread open for about a week and then mark this thread as solved if you have no other problems.

Unfortunatly, 10 minutes after starting up my computer, I got a BSOD.
For some reason it did not leave a dumpfile behind.

    Check this directory/folder:

    Code:
    C:\Windows\Minidump
You change the partition letter to any letter where you installed Windows.

Are you using any file cleanup programs such as CCleaner or Disk Cleanup which have been scheduled? I've seen dump files be deleted because of these programs.
