Windows 7: BSOD ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75C40)

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
BSOD ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75C40)

The comp I use is Gateway FX6860. Haven't had an issue with it until recently. I've started getting BSODs out of nowhere at random intervals. Help?
