BSOD while benchmarking using 3DMark 2013, error 0x0000124

Upgraded my system a few days ago, new MOBO, GPU and cpu.
In addition to above issue, when i reboot the boot stalls right before windows logo, and I need to hard-reset 1 time to get the system to boot.
I also randomly experience a wierd "twitch/tear" on my screen, lasting only a few miliseconds?
I guess it has something to do with my graphics card?
Some help would be greatly appreciated! =)

According to your latest dump file dated 4/21/13, error code 0x124 indicates a fatal hardware error.

Also, the following drivers show multiple errors: win32k.sys (Multi-User Win32 Driver); atikmdag.sys (ATI Video driver); atikmpag.sys (ATI Video driver); dxgmms1.sys (DirectX Graphics MMS); and, dxgkrnl.sys (DirectX Graphics Kernel). The following references provide suggested update info as well as update sites.

(In the interest of full disclosure, I took the liberty of condensing the dump file into a smaller more manageable size.)

Even though this is a new build. I'd still check for malware by running a full scan with your installed and updated anti-virus suite. I'd also check to make sure you have good connections for mobo, ram, etc as well as all cables. One of the Forum members prepared this troubleshooting guide that also includes suggestions for hardware diagnostic checks.

Thanks a bunch for your help!
Is the cause of my BSOD due to the hardware error or driver error?
I'm going to remove catalyst software and try update/reinstall drivers.
I'll also run a full scan with BitDefender and check cables.

In worst case scenario, could the be a hardware error on my new graphics card?
