BSOD occurs randomly and often, error 0x000000f4

lately I have gotten the same BSOD at random times. After booting up i get a message with something like this:

    BCCode: f4
    BCP1: 0000000000000003
    BCP2: FFFFFA80060BDB30
    BCP3: FFFFFA80060BDE10
    BCP4: FFFFF80002D858B0
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

With bluescreenview I have seen that the main problem is "ntoskrnl.exe".

    Go to MSI Global ? Motherboard - P67A-G45 (B3).

Update the BIOS, follow all the instructions given.

Download and install Intel Chipset Driver, version 9.3.0.1021, dated 2012-08-29.
Download and install Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver version 3.0.41.1571, dated 2012-12-26.

What is the error code? If you cannot say, try to take a picture of the bluescreen.
I am guessing it is something to do with the EUFI.
