Your Intel chipset driver seems to be outdated and causing some issues, update it from here:Scan for any missing, modified or corrupted protected Windows files with:

''Beginning verification phase of system scan.''
''Verification 100% complete.''

''Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.''

Try updating from the motherboard website, they may have a newer drivers, and okay the results seem good.

Remember to post the screenshots of the OCCT tests here.

Yes please upload the dump using the same tool, and your voltages don't look too good, especially the 12V rail, it's very low.

What is the brand of your PSU?

Can you check within the BIOS and then post the voltage setting for 3.3V, 5V and then 12V.

From information I've gathered, Stop 0x119 seems to more likely driver-related, since what has happened is that the GPU (Video Card) was given Direct Memory Access with a Fence ID, once the GPU has finished doing it's tasks with the memory, then the graphics driver notifies Direct X with another Fence ID obtained after finishing with the DMA process, Direct X compares the two Fence IDs and seeing they don't seem familiar, creating a BSOD believing that the GPU was given illegal access to the memory.

Try updating to the latest WHQL driver which has been tested for stability and performance by Microsoft, enter the details of your graphics card manually, and then install the driver package. If it doesn't seem to make any difference, then roll back to an older driver.
