Hello Darknessz.

You are getting a continuous VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR, BugCheck 119 over a reasonable time, and irrespective of display driver versions. I have noticed that the Scheduler error with an invalid fence ID is caused with two different driver versions.
Code:
Timestamp:        Thu Mar 21 06:55:59 2013 (514A61A7)
Timestamp:        Thu Dec 20 01:02:55 2012 (50D21667)
So it might not be expected that altering the ATI driver would help to a greater extent.

* A MUST! Uninstall this program.

ITEMVALUE
Name Virtual CloneDrive
Manufacturer Elaborate Bytes AG

All such programs has some greater influences in case of the BSODs during startup. And for a desktop PC, such a product is never a must to have, other than troubles. Recently some other debuggesrs have found that those programs cause invalid fence ID, which results in VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR (BugCheck 119).

Install DirectX End-User Runtime dated 18-04-2011.

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1, Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows XP Service Pack 3

Make it sure that the computer is blowing the hot air out rightly. Dismantle the computer. Clean the inside carefully. Clean specially the air vents and the fan grills. While re-seating, dont forget to apply thermal paste to the bottom of the CPU.

Update the BIOS. Take the version FH dated 2012/01/06.
Code:
BiosVersion = FF
BiosReleaseDate = 02/18/2011
Get it from GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1366 - GA-X58A-UD3R (rev. 2.0) . Sometimes an older BIOS can cause such an issue.

Make it sure that the firmware of your Silicon Power SSD is upto date. Check for the updatesin SP / Silicon Power-High quality, Exclusive and Unique Leading memory storage brand. Not aware of their products, not sure how to get the updates.

Finally, GIGABYTE GBB36X SCSI Controller drivers are backdated.
Code:

    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Update those drivers. Either from GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1366 - GA-X58A-UD3R (rev. 2.0) or from ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/SATA_Controller/Windows/
