    BSOD on start up, atikmdag.sys, dxgkrnl.sys, dxgmms1.sys

When starting up the computer for the first time each day i get a BSOD. I reset, then it is fine until i shutdown and comeback the next day or so and turn it back on.

Have attached rar folder with data from SF Diagnostics Tool

Any feedback on the matter would be greatly appreciated,
    -Darknessz

    Code:
    BugCheck A0000001, {5, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+2311c )
    Code:
    Usual causes: Device driver
There seems to be some issues with the PCI drivers, or the device which is using it.

    Code:
    1: kd> lmvm atikmdag
    start end module name

    1. Download Driver
    2. Start Type: Device Manager
    3. Expand Display Adapters
    4. Right-Click Driver Name, Uninstall
    5. Reboot
    6. Run Driver Sweeper
    7. Reboot
    8. Install Downloaded Driver

Driver Sweeper will scan for any left over files from the old driver, old driver files can cause conflicts with new driver installations. Create a System Restore point beforehand, in case any problems or issues arise.

    Driver Sweeper:

    Code:
    1: kd> lmvm intelppm
    start end module name
    fffff880`07278000 fffff880`0728e000 intelppm T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: intelppm.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\intelppm.sys
        Image name: intelppm.sys

Your Intel chipset driver may be causing some problems, please check for any updates.

Download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

    • Double click to open it.
    • Click this button only:
    • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
Daemon Tools uses a driver called sptd.sys, which is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7. It is recommend you remove this program, and use Windows own in-built features or ImgBurn.

Install and perform full scans with:

Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system

There's seems to be a issue with some of the USB drivers, follow these steps:
    1. Start
    2. Type: Device Manager
    3. Expand USB Controllers
    4. Uninstall driver (for every listed device)
    5. Reboot

The drivers should now be automatically reconfigured by Windows upon reboot.

If you are using any USB devices, then remove these from the USB ports (leave keyboard and mouse), and then update all the devices with the latest drivers, including the mouse and keyboard if applicable.

    Turn off USB Suspension:

Yep, pretty much all of them except uninstallin usb drivers. got half way down the list and mouse / keyboard stopped working so gotta figure out what one they're pluged into and leave them to last i guess.
I also have to do the scans still, which im doing right now.

With the keyboard and mouse, when you plug them into a USB port which hasn't been used, then usually you will get the "Installing new drivers" balloon appear in the notification area.

    Post your results here afterwards.
