Alright thanks for your reply, but none of them can work for me as the little beep before the pc starts never happens, it goes into the Asrock loading screen but it gets stuck on it and doesn't go past the screen...

Can you boot into safe mode?
Does the BIOS detect the Disc?
The Disc is a HDD or a SSD?
Have you tried the bootable virus scan suggested in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot?

Thanks for your reply, but i can't get into windows bios at all, the very first screen that comes up with the asrock press f2 to enter bios etc freezes, it doesn't go past that screen at all.

May we get some more info about your system? Is it a desktop or a loptop? How old it is? What is the motherboard?

    Try two other things.

First, dismantle the entire system and reseat it.
Next, try to boot any bootable CD, like windows installer disc or any linux distro. Does it work?

Ive taken everything apart from the motherboard to the g card, and all cables, put it all back in and turned it on, and i get the same output, it just doesn't want to load past the screen.

You have 6 GB RAM. Three sticks I guess?
Try to boot with one stick only? Removing all other RAM modules and the GPU?

    Tried the bootable disc?
