.Fmp files problem when starting computer

Hey, I don't know if it is the good place to post that, but I've got a BIG problem.

My computer (pc windows 7) was getting slow, so I decided to clean it. I deleted some software that, I tought, were useless and donwloaded avast anti-virus for free. I did a scan and avast deleted some files.

Now, every damn time when I open my computer there are hundreds of message that say: ****.tmp can't be read, read it with internet or choose the right software. There are hundreds of error message like this that open and I don't have time to do anything. My computer just bugg because of the hundreds of alerts.

I am now running my computer in safe mode, that's why I can't upload a photo. I restored my computer but it didn't do anything. I realllllllllly need help. Thanks.
