system restarts when hibernate, now BSOD too started, Minidump attached

    Hello.
First time i got BSOD exactly 1 month ago. I lost my Vista laptop just bcoz of regular crashes,so when i saw BSOD on my new laptop,i got very nervous.

I contacted MS support and Avast but no satisfactory response.

    Few facts:

I've got problems many times while i hibernate the system every day. It just takes so much time and then ends up restarting.
But i got BSOD only 2 times. On 17th of March and on 17th of April.

I am attaching the Mini dump files.
I would be happy if some expert can analyze them and told me what exactly is causing the issue.

I also used 'Blue Screen View' and this is what it shows:

I would also like to tell that i run Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware , HP Support Assistant on weekly basis. I also run chkdsk bi-weekly as it was recommended by HP support staff.

    Thanks.

PS: I am not good in tech, so i beg your pardon if done something wrong in posting the details.

avast! although a great program, seems to be causing some problems here, please remove it using the official avast! Removal Tool, and then:

Install and perform full scans with:

OK looked through your dump files and found several things that are all contributing to the problem:

A USB modem /serial device driver:

    Code:
    fffff880`033a14c8 fffff880`089e0dddUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\ewusbmdm.sys, Win32 error 0n2

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ewusbmdm.sys
     ewusbmdm+0x1ddd
    Driver Reference Table - ewusbmdm.sys

Please update the driver from here: Home Devices - Huawei Device Co., Ltd..

    Touch pad driver:
    Code:
    fffff880`033a0478 fffff880`0460b456Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\SynTP.sys, Win32 error 0n2

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for SynTP.sys
     SynTP+0xb456
    Driver Reference Table - SynTP.sys

Please up date it from here: Drivers | Synaptics

And lastly it seems that Avast! is just failing all over the place:

    Code:
    fffff880`033a0848 fffff880`06e44905Unable to load image \??\C:\Windows\system32\drivers\aswMonFlt.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswMonFlt.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswMonFlt.sys
     aswMonFlt+0x21905
    Driver Reference Table - aswMonFlt.sys

    Code:
    fffff880`0339fdc8 fffff880`04b85750Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\aswSP.SYS, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswSP.SYS
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswSP.SYS
     aswSP+0x2f750
    Driver Reference Table - aswSP.SYS

    Code:
    fffff880`0339f3f8 fffff880`042f2f02Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\aswSnx.SYS, Win32 error 0n2

Please remove Avast! using the Avast! Removal Tool, then replace it with a combination of Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes Anti-malware. Tip when installing Malwayrebytes be sure to uncheck the box offering to start a free trial, also see this post about Malwarebytes before running any scans with it:

Malwarebytes Update causes Massive false positives.

    To give a quick response.

    Thanks for replying so quickly.

1- I've been using Avast for last 6 years without any issue. But yes,Avast support advised me to try their beta version (Internet Security 8)in case i still suspect Avast for BSOD.

2- I run Malware bytes for a full system scan every week.

3- I run sfc/scannow every 2 weeks and it doesn't show any prob.

4- Please have a look at the attachment for MSINFO.32

Dsprague: Thanks a lot for the quick analysis of the files.
I am going through the recommended links to update the drivers. But please tell me among all of them, who exactly was the culprit for BSOD on 16th of March and 17th of April? USB Huawei or touchpad? On 17th April, USB was not inserted when i got BSOD. But on 16th March, it was.

I dont see any crash dumps for march 16th there were two on the 17th one caused by your display driver and Avast!:

    Code:
    fffff800`00b9c858 fffff880`05920bd2Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdpmd64.sys, Win32 error 0n2

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswSP.SYS
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswSP.SYS
     aswSP+0x280bc
the other by both your intel display driver and your AMD display driver, and your wireless network driver:

    Code:
    fffff800`00b9c858 fffff880`0591cbd2Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdpmd64.sys, Win32 error 0n2

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys

again this should probably be updated which you can find here: http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

    Code:
    fffff800`00b9c4a8 fffff880`066e73e8Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\netr28x.sys, Win32 error 0n2

Take your time with the links, and Had a look at the dump from the 16th and the dump is blaming a generic USB driver, so which would lead me to believe that it was the usb modem.

    Here are the updates:

1- No driver update is available for Huawei USB modem. The device is even not mentioned on their site. I'll make a call to their customer support tomorrow.

2- AMD auto detect tool doesn't detect any AMD device on my system.

3- Intel auto detect tool does show 'Intel HD Graphics' but can't provide the update option as they say 'a customized manufacturer driver is installed'. ..'Intel Control center', installed on my computer, does show the device and various parameters but doesn't show if 'update' is needed.

4- Just tried to find about the Intel HD graphics through HP support site, they are still showing the same version i have on my system.

    Please guide the next step.

PS: Couldn't understand what to do on mediaTek site. The list given over there is very long and i don't know which one to select.

to be honest IM not even sure why The aAMD driver was showing up in your dump files either, I couldn't find any AMD product on your system either.

Try going to the Intel site from another computer and see if you can download the driver from there, often times the drivers provided on a manufacturers site don't get updated as often as they should.

Here is the link to what you need from the mediatek site, just enter your name and email at the bottom ((or a fake name and email, less spam for you and your inbox that way) and press submit and it will ask you where you want to save the driver to, save the file and run it and it should update.
