Looking at the report you posted your copy of windows is counterfeit, your computer is an HP and your product key matches an Acer/Gateway/Packard. The only way this could happen would be through a Hackers exploit. From where did you get your copy of Windows?

The best course of action is to buy a legal copy of windows format your drive and re-install windows using the legal copy. If you have further issues beyond a clean install feel free to post back here with a new WGA report and we will be happy to help.

Your product key seems not to be valid, meaning you are using a counterfeit Windows. Reinstall Windows using a legit, valid product key.
