Boot-ups in a loop. Drive and files look fine. No winfix, DOS or OS.

I got Windows 7 looping on boot-up. Start up screen just goes back to motherboard start up screen. Tried Safe mode, last best config’ and all the other options under F8.
I’ve run the Start up repair and System restore and Restore from image. The Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool. Info from blog site I’ve been trying DOS prompts like, stc /scanow, bootfix x:\windows\system32 cd c:\ then chedsk, so many I’ve lost count. I haven’t had any success changing the BIOS to boot from the operating system Win7Pro operating system CD. I get to the repair option and that’s as far as I can get before it loops. Switch it back to the HHD now and I’m running out of ideas before it beats me and I have to take it to the shop. Defeated. The HHD light flicker with activity looks like it doing it thing. I had the hard drive out and in an external. Everything looks fine only difference is the drive comes up as two drives (WD Raptor and System Reserved) with the same letter. The partition I guess. It came up as one drive (C:\) when it runs my desktop. So I’ve been at it since I got back from holidays on Monday morning and I’m still no closer to getting into the system. I think I may just push it to one side I kinda like my Asus G73 I’m sending this on. I’m so over tying to fix it.. Lot of working programs and a lot to restore, but possible. That would be a major hassle.

    Any last suggestions please. Thanks.
