Code:BugCheck 19, {3, fffff8a008a07880, fffff8a00c394bc0, fffff8a008a07880} Probably caused by : Pool_Corruption ( nt!ExDeferredFreePool+cbb )This can also be caused by RAM or hard-drive corruption.Code:Usual causes: Device driver
The header for the pool allocation has become corrupted, each header also has a pool tag which describes the purpose of the allocation. There seems to be problems with how Windows is allocating memory to drivers.
More specifically, the pool freelist has become corrupted, indicated by parameter 3 in blue, the freelist is a data structure used by Windows for memory allocation, it works by freeing region by linking it to the free list, and then allocation memory by removing it from the free list and then using it.
What To Do -
Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

Install and perform full scans with:
- Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download
- Microsoft Security Essentials | Protect against viruses, spyware, and other malware
InformationRemember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system
NotePlease update all programs with the latest updates and definitions prior to scanning.

I think I found the problem,
it is poor-quality power supply due to my old APC back-UPS
