Windows 7: bsod error code 0xF4 physical memory dump

bsod error code 0xF4 physical memory dump

I have problems with win xp laptop all is fine when i turn on and after 10-20 min he fail at blue screen with error code 0x000000F4 or 0xF4 error code this happened 3 times,right now is fine i use defaggment and waiting to finish yesterday i used driver scanner registered and after updated drivers laptop restarted and after 15 min using laptop i got bsod error code i also tried to update drivers with driver robot again got bsod error does i have wrong drivers installed or what i have asus k52f model intel i3 3gb ram ddr 3
