    BSOD after exiting games.

Hi, this desktop have been around for 3-4 years and i decided to upgrade the specs to use it again. Before i had the PSU and graphic card changed, it was already experiencing BSOD and it was caused by the amd drivers. I had them replaced on the 20th April 2013 and it was working fine until just yesterday where the BSOD occurs when i exit my game.( Happened twice yesterday when i exit Diablo 3 and League of Legends.) It occurred three times yesterday including one on start up and each time, i noticed that the error has a different code. It was 0x19, 0x7e and 0x3 if i remebered correctly. So yea please help me solve this issue and i thank you for any help in advance

This is the model of my desktop: HP Pavilion p6300 Desktop PC series*-* HP Pavilion p6390d Desktop PC Product Specifications - c01971599 - HP Business Support Center

I had the Radeon 4000 series changed to ASUS GTX 660 and the PSU from 300W to XIGMATEK NRP VC503 which is 500W.

Edit: I forgot to include that also after downloading and playing Diablo 3 yesterday, I experience this freeze whereby i can see the harddisk light infront of the CPU to be orange and it does not even blink. It just stays there until the freeze is gone for roughly 10-15s.

Hi thanks for repling, I think i made a mistake by cancelling the SF_Diagnostic while it was still scanning but i have attached the updated one hopefully all the required files are there.

Currently i have uninstalled Avast and installed MSE. I have also uninstalled Diablo 3.
However i'm lost at the audio and cpu steps. How do i update both the cpu and the realtek driver?
For the ram test, i have this desktop sent not too long ago and the tech said that all the hardware were fine and the driver was giving me the old bsod so should i still go with the test?

Yes let's go ahead and do a memory test once more . This way you will see it for yourself if it passed or not . The CPU-Z is a program uninstall it using RevoUninstaller . If you need CPU-Z reinstall it using the link I gave .

Hi VistaKing, just finished running the memtest for 10 passes with no errors and i also uninstalled cpu-z through add or remove programs.
Is there anything else to be done? (Haven't updated my realtek driver though).
