BSOD occurs random times and when running Toshiba NTI Backup Now app

    Hello Forum members,

I have DELL XPS desktop running Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit, CPU: Intel Core 2 Q6600 Quad-Core (8MB L2 cache,2.4GHz,1066FSB). Memory: 4 GB DDR2 SDRAM 800MHz (4 DIMMs ), video: 256MB Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS. The PC originally had Windows Vista 32 bit, I later upgraded to Windows 7 32 bit.

BSOD occurs at random and several times a day. BSOD occurs when running Toshiba NTI Backup Now application. Please see attached results of the SF Diagnostic tool.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

    Thanks in advance
    NP

    Hello npotti.

The BSODs are caused by intel RST driver.
    Code:

Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one. Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs, too.

Update Intel(R) 82566DC-2 Gigabit Network Connection driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx?lang=eng

    Let us know the results.
