    Bsod memory_management

For the past couple weeks my computer has been restarting itself at random times as if the power cord had been kicked. Sometimes once and then it would run fine for the rest of the day, sometimes three in a row. Recently I have gotten four different BSODs and starting today it will not start up properly.

I have checked for viruses, run chkdsk, passed Memtest86+ nine times, and updated all of the drivers in device manager.

    The BSODs in chronological order:
    • BAD_POOL_HEADER

      Ntfs.sys
      PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

      SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
      atikmdag.sys

      MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

The last two are from today.

I have attached three minidumps that I copied before my computer became unusable.

My computer is pretty new, I've had it for about two trouble-free years. OS is factory installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Among the three crash dumps you supplied, two are with corrupt data and missing information. One gives this result.
    Code:

Upload your MSINFO32.nfo file so that we can get some more information that is needed.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Download and install this particular versionof Intel Rapid Storage Driver:

    Do some Disc checks.

    1. Reseat the sata and power.
    2. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
    3. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

Not seeing an antivirus there? Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

BTW, have you ever formatted the HDD and reinstalled windows over this time?

    Alrighty, I have now:
    -Installed the Intel driver
-Reseated the power and sata (and dusted)
-Run and passed chkdsk /f /r
-Run and passed the SeaTool long test
-Installed Microsoft Security Essentials (it found and removed three trojan downloaders)

I already have Malwarebytes, and have run and passed it.

Nope, never formatted the HDD or reinstalled windows.

I left my computer on last night and all of today to run the scans and it hasn't shut itself down or blue screened. I'm not sure if something is fixed or if I'm just lucky today. . .

Now observe the situation .... you will come to know if you are lucky or unlucky.

BTW, running with factory defaults over that time is not good. Your installation contains a lot of factory bloatware which are not necessary but problematic .... it reduces windows performance to a great extent. I'd recommend you to Clean Up Factory Bloatware, with a special reference to Point #13
    13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.

    Aaaand I'm back.

I followed the steps on the Clean Up Factory Bloatware post, except for doing the clean reinstall (because I assume that I would have to buy Windows 7? Which I don't have since this computer came with it installed.).

Everything was running fine until a day or two ago when my computer began restarting itself again. And just now I got another BSOD, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

    Dump file is attached.

If you follow the Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 thread, you you get all that you need to do a clean reinstall. Look at step 5 and 6.

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

Update Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller From Realtek

If BSODs continue to occur after doing these two, the best would be you opt for a clean reinstall.
