BSOD while win7 login, error 0x000000F4

    I've been using safemode/network all morning. Cheking the disks and doing some backups.
    So then I'll do fresh install.

    If there is no BSOD in safe mode but frequent BSODs in normal mode, it is definitely a software/driver issue. A clean reinstall is a good idea there.

    To get the perfect working reinstall, follow Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 . It works equally good for retail too.

    Successfully installed win7 from dvd, installed all the drivers, all the updates and SP1
    All systems nominal :)
