BSOD while surfing (Firefox)

Not too sure whats wrong-It happens by running pretty much anything.. PC was working fine until this happened.. i formatted the HDD and its back again.

Its a Pentium 4 3.2GHz
2GB RAM
160 GB HDD IDE
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

I cant seem to read the error.. it goes so quickly... but it recovers and shows this:
