BSOD while playing audio with VLC, error 0x000000a4

This seems to always happen while I'm playing my music files on VLC, nothing else seems to be constant.

I should also probably mention that I just did a clean install of windows, right before this latest BSOD that I posted the .zip for, not sure if that makes any difference, but this latest BSOD seems to fit right in with all the rest, playing audio w/ VLC, similar codes, etc.

I appreciate you guys looking into this for me. I was wondering if someone might put my mind at ease for the moment: is this likely a software issue, or does it look like I'm gonna have to replace a physical component?

The key being blacklisted is a software issue . You would also want to do a reinstall of windows
