    Hi avrilious

There is no dmp file present in the zip file. Please click on the GRAB ALL button on the program. Wait until all of the files are added to the folder.

    :Added:

    run a MGADiag

Please download MGADiag and save it to your desktop.

Double click icon on your desktop.

    Click on the button

    Click on the button

Paste the log inside the box . Highlight all of the text then code wrap by pressing on the # icon on the top .

Microsoft Windows 7 Extreme Edition R1 ??? No SP1 installed and a Dell SLIC on a Gigabyte motherboard, smells like a counterfeit install of windows to me

I recommend you purchase a legitimate copy of windows 7 and perform a Clean Install Windows 7

You're using a Dell's Windows 7 Product Key on your Gigabyte motherboard . Which makes it a counterfeit . Purchase a legit retail version of Windows 7 .

Windows 7 Extreme is a hacked version, and we dont support those things.

If it is a legit version, we can guide you in the proper way.
