Getting several different BSOD stop errors playing game

Hello, I have Windows Ultimate 64-bit with CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800).

It seems I always get them while playing Starcraft II, but it only happens about once or twice per month.

I have a PNY GeForce GTX 670 with updated drivers (version 314.22).

The errors include the following:

PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA
MEMORY MANAGEMENT
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

and just saw this one for the first time recently:

BAD POOL HEADER

I attached the SF diagnostic tool .zip file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Your logitech webcam driver is pretty old

Uninstall Daemon Tool Lite . That program is known to cause BSODs on Windows 7 .

Once your done removing DTL use the tool below to remove the SPTD.sys driver if located

Agreed Vista, I can't tell you the number of issues I had with DTL BSODS as well as a a difficult time getting rid of "ghost" drives after I deleted DTL. Make sure when you do delete DTL to remove the ghost drives because otherwise you will end up with a headache like I did.

You say you have the latest driver, however, most of the time the video driver updates have to be manually fetched from the manufacturer's website. I had an issue playing several blizzard games where I would BSOD. Ended up having to roll back my Direct X from 11 to 10 and updating my graphics driver. Don't rull out the drivers until you have manually checked what the latest version is, I made that mistake once and ended up on a forum only to be told the same thing.

I would also do a Memory Check and go to advanced and check everthing for the "page fault in non.."

Whenever I check for updates in my Logitech webcam driver, it states "Your Logitech software is up to date".

I removed DTL.

The uninstall button was greyed out on the downloaded program.

Uninstall DAEMON Tools and/or Alcohol % software. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7. Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

Hello,

Thanks all for the replies. I will try all of the above later tonight. I did not restart after removing DTL using add/remove programs before running the sptd removal tool, so I will try that.

My webcam version is Quickcam S7500.
Unfortunately it says on the Logitech website that the latest drivers came out in Oct. 2009. I did notice a couple of years ago that when someone tried to video chat me on Google talk, activating my webcam, it instantly gave me a BSOD. I stopped using Google video chat, but I use the webcam with Skype all the time without problems nowadays.

My main boot drive (C:\) is actually an SSD, and I have an additional internal SSD for storage.
I will make sure to update my BIOS, run the scans, and report back.

Hello,

I have uninstalled Spybot Search & Destroy. I am about to run virus checks, rootkit check, disk check and Memtest, but first I just had a question.

I just updated the ASMedia USB 3.0 XHCI controller. I had noticed before that my USB controller had been acting up...randomly not detecting external hard drives connecting via USB.

I was about to update my SSD firmware. According to AS SSD Benchmark, I have version 5.02. According to Corsair, the latest version is 5.05a. It had a few warnings before installing, including making sure that AHCI mode is enabled. I checked that my SSD had AHCI mode enabled by using AS SSD. It is indeed enabled.

My question is, should I go ahead and update my SSD firmware? Should I update the 990FX bios first or after the SSD?
