We'll help you but could you stop bumping the thread every few hours?

And, if this was my laptop, I would take it back to the shop I got it from.
A new laptop shouldn't be acting up like this.

I'd suggest a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 as there might also be lot of bloatware stopping things from working correctly.

I agree with KoolKat on both counts. If it is a new computer, I would return it to where I bought it and let them fix it.. That's what the warranty is for. I also agree about the clean install. Software does conflict with drivers and other software, especially with some of the bloatware that is put on new computers. A clean install without the bloatware can resolve many problems. When you use USB devices, do you use the 'safely remove' function? That you should always do. If you choose to try to fix it yourself, perhaps this can help USB Driver - General Fix for Problems. But, sometimes trying to fix a problem can take longer than just doing a clean install and solve the problem as well as future problems that may come up in the future because of the bloatware.

When you go to the site to download the drivers before doing the install, use the newest version. You can tell the newest version by the driver version (a higher number is newer than a lower number) and most drivers have a release date on them. Use the most recent release date.
