Frequent BSoD for ntoskrnl.exe, dxgmms1.sys when watching yt, twitch

I'm starting to feel inclined (slowly) to just buy a new PC, btw. The problem with that is that WhoCrashed says that it is not a hardware problem, and no tests were able to identify one. Both RAM and GPU are relatively new, so I'd like to keep them, but what if one of them turns out to be the problem after all? This is really frustrating. The performance of the machine should still be good (aside from the BSoDs). The idea of replacing it for such a silly reason is bothersome.

Just as another eye .... may I ask you one thing? Will you do one thing for me .... as I am trying to see something.

If you think you can do it, please follow it :

1. Download the latest WHQL on the desktop.
2. Disconnect the internet.
3. Uninstall All AMD display related elements (including CCC) form Control Panel > Programs and features.
4. Follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling.
5. Now Restart. (If it requires any restart in between, accept all the offered restarts).
6. Now install the downloaded display driver.
7. Either restart manually, or accept the offered restart.Connect back to network.

I want you do it without missing any point. Can you? Want to see what happens with a perfectly installed display driver.

I already have DriverFusion. It says that DriverSweeper is now called that. Will that do?

Done (the above questions were asked before performing 2-7). Used DriverSweeper 3.2 from your link instead of Driver Fusion 1.6.
Cleaning them without safe mode didn't give me any errors. Cleaning them in safe mode resulted in "mini applications are not available in safe mode" (Minianwendungen sind im abgesicherten Modus nicht verfügbar). These entries have been present after every reboot following a cleansing.

The link is a third party link, not the official one. But the driver is the same.

If the version of driver fusion is not the latest, it will work. The latest version of free driver fusion will not delete all the elements, but it will prompt you to buy the paid version. Whereas, driver sweeper will wipe everything up.

Anyway, let us know when everything is done accordingly. If any step will be missed, the aim may not be achieved.

Now let us wait and see. If it is a driver error, it should not occur any more. In that case we may need to look elsewhere.

Your temps are already fine from the earlier posts .... GPU stress test passed. So we may check for one more thing now ...
