At least on paper... ^^

I will run some live streams and see if it crashes, then.

Update your network driver, as it is old.
Code:
fffff880`04041000 fffff880`040c6000 Rt64win7 (deferred)
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys
    Image name: Rt64win7.sys
    Timestamp: Fri Jun 10 12:03:15 2011 (4DF1BAAB)
    CheckSum: 0008B67F
    ImageSize: 00085000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Get it from Realtek.

Also, which antivirus do you use? Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.
Also try "0x0000003B" Stop error when you run certain applications in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2

How do I tell which one? There are 3 downloads for Win7, and I already installed 8111DP DASH All-In-One installation kit for WinXP/Vista/Win7. There's also Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Driver and Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program (SID:1568649).

I have Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Spybot - Search & Destroy and SUPERAntiSpyware installed. No experience with MSE (not done anything with it), running frequently through the others. I also have Avira AntiVir, SmitfraudFix, and SpywareBlaster. Taking a look at Windows Defender Offline from your link now.

Can't create a Windows Defender Offline bootable, since I have no burner and my USB flash drive gives the following error message: http://i.imgur.com/EsFBQYB.jpg. Reformatting the drive to FAT32 by itself works. NTFS fails. It fails with Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, too.

Installed hotfix and rebooted.

You need to install this one .... As most of the people understand, I haven't explained in detail.

Uninstall all other than MSE and MBAM.

Not an usual situation. But in that case you have another option, via a CD. Also, you may try any of there ....
A scan by MBAM in safe mode will also a good option, as you have it installed.

That's what I ended up doing. Their names still don't indicate anything to me though.

Done. May I ask why so that I can understand it? Trojaner-Board.de, another forum I sometimes frequent, recommends using a combination of those tools to complement each other, saying that there is no best option - only one-eyes among the blind. People who like Windows on the other hand frequently say that Windows tools are enough, if you know the right ones and how to use them.

Running MBAM in safe mode now before figuring out how these links might work differently from the ISO and the other options in Windows Defender Offline.

It crashed again for ntoskrnl.exe while watching a Twitch.tv stream, this time for KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED though, which is only present in one of the 11 other crashes.

>This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.
>This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
>The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Running MBAM in safe mode yesterday didn't find anything.

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

information   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

warning   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

Tip   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

It JUST crashed again while watching two Twitch.tv live streams. It didn't create a minidump though, since everything just froze in place, including the sound output and the display, which both got distorted. I've never seen that before on this PC. I had to manually reboot the system via the reset button. Not sure if driver verifier did this.

As of this edit, the same thing happened for the second time (while watching streams) and again without crash dump. Turning off driver verifier to see if it keeps happening. The only thing I did besides activating DV was to install a few Windows updates (screenshot).
