Computer Crashes 1 hour after started

Hi,

I am visiting my parents and their computer crashes EVERY time it is started.

Not sure how to fix this, things seem fine under Devices Manager, so I am creating this thread.

Thanks very much guys.

Erick

Hi KoolKat77,

Thanks very much for your help.
I removed Avast, step 1 and 2 returned no errors.
I also updated the firmware on my SSD.

It is still crashing even though Avast was successfully removed.
I am sending the new files for your analysis.

Thank you very much,
Erick

Sorry but that looks like your old dump.

Proceed with RAM test and HDD test and let us know the results.
