    BSOD playing Wizardry Online and Ragnarok Online 2

    Unsure what is causing these but has happened 4+ times on wizardry and once on Ragnarok, most other games don't seem to cause any problems. I've attached the files I received from the SF Diagnostic Tool as a zip. Can anyone help me?

    May I ask you some questions before we start?

    Earlier you had a nvidia GPU? The crash dumps upto 01.04.2013 indicates to nvidia GPU (a very known issue it was).
    Code:
    BugCheck C4, {91, 2, fffff80003604cc0, 0}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
    Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+1b39c9 )

    Followup: MachineOwner

    Probably due to those crashes you changed the GPU? The crashes of 24.04.2013 onwards are indicating to ATI GPU. This is also a very known issue, but a worst one. Let us discuss.
    Code:
    BugCheck A0000001, {5, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+2311c )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    It is a bugcheck inherent with the ATI drivers. Universal. We dont know why it happens (AMD keeps it private). But we may try to troubleshoot.

    Have you updated the display driver in between? If so, roll back to the earlier driver that worked good there.
    Device Manager - Roll Back Driver

    If not, uninstall the ATI/AMD display driver in Control Panel > Programs and features. Then follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

    When done, download an earlier version of display driver from AMD Graphics Drivers & Software . Dont install CCC.

    Does it work? If not, better you RMA the ATI GPU, as it is a new one.

    On a serious side note, using two real time protection programs are harmful.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\avast! Free Antivirus
    Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Family Protection
    Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
    Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

    Let us know the results.

    I have done all that you have suggested and will test the games as soon as I get the chance. Sorry for the long time after replying.

    Edit: also, with the nvidia GPU I was getting the BSOD on launch and unable to do anything hence the change of GPU.

    Edit 2: first virus scan came back with a small amount, which I removed straight away. After that both scans came back clean.
