    Windows 7 x64 wont boot

    Hi!

I have one realy unussual problem, every time I power up my PC and he is going to boot into normal mode; he just powers down. I tried everything my components are working properly, there is nothing wrong with them, and I flashed bios when this started to happen, and it didn't help. I can't install none of operating systems, beacuse when it is going to finish installation and he is entering normal mode, PC again powers down. But! Windows 7 (MSDNAA Professional) can boot in safe mode without any problem, but not in normal mode.

    Pls help!!

    Have you checked for viruses/malware?
Have you checked in MSCONFIG for startup items that could be causing this?

No viruses what so ever, but what startup processes do you mean?

    Why 3 Intel user interface?

You can disable Windows live and open from Icon.

Groove, is not used by many, so that can be off.

Mobile device center, (if you don't always use it)

    What is Rocket dock?

I use CCleaner and disable startups from there.

BTW, if this happened after you flashed bios, I might suggest to return to old bios to see if you still have the issue

That happend on old bios and it is irrelevant. All of that servicess are also irrelevant. I think it is the problem in MBR or smth like that. Or???

Then, why do you say you flashed bios and it started to happen. And if you don't know, why do you speculate? if it was MBR, you would not get safe mode (F8) only dos with DVD.

You sure that power supply is ok?

It could be a lot of things. Try to boot with all services and MS programs shutdown in MSconfig.

If it happens in normal mode, but not in Safe Mode - then it's due to something that loads in normal mode (but not in Safe Mode).

Most times this is identifable by looking at the startups - but it can also be other items (such as the services).

MSCONFIG is designed as a troubleshooting tool (not as a permanent fix). And this is where it shines - so disable all the non-Microsoft startups and click on OK. Then reboot the system and see if you can access normal mode.

If you can, then it was one of those items that you disabled. Go back and enable them one-by-one until the problem recurs. That'll identify which one it is. Once you've figured out which one it is, set MSCONFIG back to booting normally and use CCleaner (I prefer Autoruns myself) to make the changes permanent.

If you still can't get into normal mode, then we'll have to take a look at the services tab. Click on the Manufacturer column to sort by that, then give us screen shots of everything but the Microsoft stuff.
