Windows 7: what program is used to open the crash dump files?

what program is used to open the crash dump files?

I think I have figured out how to post a BSOD Zip file now but, I was wondering what program is used to read one? I tried note book and all I saw was the word page over and over and then a few other odd looking things. Thanks!
