IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL; Log In/Win7 Startup BSOD 0x0000000a
Hello Everyone!
I hope I am doing this right. First time on the Forums, and I would be grateful if someone could help me this BSOD problem. I am hoping its just a driver issue. In short, I am getting the following BSOD after I log into Windows 7:
The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntoskrnl.exe
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

About 2 months ago, I tried building my own system(first build). Everything was going all right for the most part. I had a BSOD a while ago, but I think it was related to my video card driver and/or monitor settings. I was going pretty good for a while after updating some drivers and changing some settings. However today I got a BSOD almost immediately after I log into my Windows 7 profile. I'm not sure if there was some kind of update that went wrong. I did try updating some software, drivers, and BIOS that I got from the ASUS website last Friday night. I'm not sure if installing some of that stuff did something, but it was working fine during gaming on Sunday.
I'm not sure how to proceed, and I could use some advice. Do I try using a Win 7 Repair Disc? I was hoping someone could help check the dmp file and see if it might be a driver that I could fix. I am just an enthusiast, so any help would be awesome.
Thanks for your time! -Frank
