OK a couple of things, first and foremost, please update the following driver it seems to be causing problems:

    Code:
    fffff880`033770c8 fffff880`010a0bceUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\iaStor.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for iaStor.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for iaStor.sys
     iaStor+0x38bce
    Driver Reference Table - iaStor.sys

you can update the driver from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

next please update to service pack 1:

Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

and last please check for update to your BIOS it is very old:

    Code:
    BIOS Release Date 05/25/2011
BIOS updates can usually be found on the system manufacturers website.

Yes. Usually x001e or x000a. I can log into safe mode no problem.

Can't run the hard drive test in safe mode, but will try the Memtest.

You will need a USB flash drive .

If you get any errors stop the test and run the test with just one memory stick in every slot .

Pay attention to Part 3 in the tutorial
