    BSOD from volsnap.sys

    Hi

I've searched the web for solving BSOD related to volsnap.sys. It happens sporadically while the machine is on but I'm not doing something. Attached is output of the SF Diagnostic Tool. I searched the web on this, and I don't have TrendMicro installed. I've tried doing a sfc /scannow as well as a full chkdsk.
    I welcome suggestions.

    Thanks all

More like a Mac running Windows 7 inside Parallels BUT I could be wrong

    Lets run a MGADiag

Please download MGADiag and save it to your desktop.

Double click icon on your desktop.

    Click on the button

    Click on the button

Paste the log inside the box . Highlight all of the text then code wrap by pressing on the # icon on the top .

Hi, so is my BSOD issue related to windows license or is it something else? The BSOD happens intermittently, while the computer is idle and I'm not doing anything in particular..
    thanks

Can you upload the new dmp file . The version you have of Windows is not a salable version . I would see if you could get a refund and purchase another version . Home Premium , Professional or Ultimate . Ultimate is Home Premium and Professional in one .
