BSOD with IRQL not les than or equal to and windows service exception

I have been getting the IRQL BSOD for ages now. I just cleaned out my fan in my laptop and for the first time got the Windows service exception. However I am trying to read the .dmp file and I followed the guide to take ownership however when I try to open it I still get access denied with full permissions. I was wondering how I can open this file to figure out what is causing these errors. All my drivers are completely up to date and everything. If I can't figure out how to open this can someone help me troubleshoot? with the IRQL error I disabled all drivers and it still kept happening. I can't get the full info on the errors cause the computer restarts before I can get anything.

    Thanks,
    Tim

the wifi driver is causing most of the BSOD I think.

it was doing this well before the kies was installed too.. I know the NETw5s64.sys has been causing the issue just didn't know where to get it or what it was. So don't update yet? It happens a lot streaming video with ps3 media server over wifi. almost every 15 minutes

    I think that's the problem
Check the link I post earlier to Intel driver download page.
