    Hi guys

I bought a computer recently. While playing games like Dead Island or Age of Empires my computer crashes and reboots.

I have a video card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 with all updated drivers.

All specifications can be found on my computer to my profile

    Sorry for the poor English.

I attach the file with all the information hoping you can help me.

If you need other information just ask

Also uninstall Daemon tools as it is well known for BSOD.

Start > click on Computer > Uninstall or change a program > choose Daemon tools.
    Reboot.
Once uninstalled please go here and remove the SPTD driver itself with this tool:

    http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads

       Warning
If the uninstall button is grayed out when you run the program you dont need
to do anything and can close the window, if it is not click it and allow it to run.
DO NOT click the install button as it will install a driver known to cause BSODs
    onto your system.

Hi just to add, if program is removed then as Cipley rightly stated
this is a leftover driver from the program, if you have trouble removing
you can do it manually, to remove please navigate to:

    1. C:\windows\system32\drivers and locate the driver VirtuWDDM.sys
    2. Right click and rename to VirtuWDDM.sys.old
    3. Reboot.
    4. If no issues arise after go back to drivers folder and right-click and delete.

ok guys I tried to reinstall VIRTU but the problem was always the same so I decided to delete it completely ( following yours instructions )

I tried to play but it has crashed again but this time it seems that the problematic file is another.

I attach a new file for details

    Ty in advance

now I think I have deleted the file completely VirtuWDDM.sys (I renamed before and then I deleted as you suggested) but the file is not found in the directory C: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers but in C: program

I hope I have done everything correctly

Unfortunately, the computer crashes again when i play, i attach the log again, also i paste the log of the program "whocrashed", i think it is can be useful

    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\050813-9516-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys (nvlddmkm+0x931F60)
    Bugcheck code: 0x116 (0xFFFFFA801378D010, 0xFFFFF88005D61F60, 0xFFFFFFFFC000009A, 0x4)

Bug check description: This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 311.06 , NVIDIA Corporation).
