can you send this particular file:

Remember to zip that first!!

and I do hope you remove that hacked software

you got that right:
Creative Worldwide Support > Live! Cam Chat IM (VF0530)

so the good news is...it was a False Alarm

however, I couldn't find anything from the dump files that points there, so...yeah

try to update those and see if that fixes things up
