Ok, those voltages look a lot better. Keep that running to accumulate the Minimum and Maximum and run something that will place a load your video card but not cause a crash. I'd like to see if the voltages drop. You can post a snip of just that area after.
What power supply are you using?

OK, I did the test with Furmark. However the GPU temperature went through the roof within seconds. within about 2 minutes it was hitting 84 Celsius? Surely that isnt right?
You should also be able to see the voltages in the attached pic, but as I said I could only leave it running for 2 mins. GPU fan was at 74% when it got to 80 Celsius. GPU Temp runs at 42 when idle, with fan running at 65%.
GPU Temp reading was the same in Furmark as it was with NWiNFO
The voltage dropped a little but still within parameters. The CPU temps are cherry. I also noticed that there's not much change in the CPU fan RPM. Is it set to max all the time?
The temp is kind of high on the GPU but if it recovers quickly, it's not a big concern. You might check that the video card has an unrestricted clear air path--Both in and out of the fan cover. From the pictures of your GT-440, it doesn't look like it exhausts to the outside of the case. Perhaps more case cooling would help. Or maybe try removing one of the backplane covers next to your video ports (On the fan side).
