It seems that avast! is causing your problems:

Code:

*                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

Please remove avasat! using the avast! removal tool. Then replace it with a combination of Microsoft Security Essentials, and Malwarebytes Antimalware. Tip when installing Malwarebytes be sure to uncheck the box offering to start a free trial.
