Code:
BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff8000327166b, 0, 7efa0000}

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!RtlImageNtHeaderEx+3f )
Code:
Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS
Code:
4: kd> !error ffffffffc0000005
Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 (3221225477) - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.
There seems to be some memory access violations, this is usually caused by drivers referencing invalid memory addresses.

Remove (suggested):

Code:
Pando Media Booster	c:\program files (x86)\pando networks\media booster\pmb.exe
Read this thread for information:It appears you lack any real-time protection, strongly suggest installing these free programs which have proven to work the best with Windows 7:

Install and perform full scans with:

Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system

You can also view this thread for a complete free and lightweight security protection combination:Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

No I wouldn't, although another excellent debugger Northernsoul55, managed to spot something which I managed to miss, and here are the results:

Code:
ROOT\LEGACY_MUP\0000 The drivers for this device are not installed.
The MUP is part of the Multiple UNC Provider service, which is part of the Windows filesystem, I would suggest this:

Scan for any missing, modified or corrupted protected Windows files with:You may also read this link also provided by Northernsoul55:

Yes I would, try seeing if Windows will detect this service as missing with SFC /SCANNOW command, and could you upload the other dump files with the same tool used in your first post?
