Read this thread for information:Code:Pando Media Booster c:\program files (x86)\pando networks\media booster\pmb.exe
It appears you lack any real-time protection, strongly suggest installing these free programs which have proven to work the best with Windows 7:
Install and perform full scans with:
- Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download
- Microsoft Security Essentials | Protect against viruses, spyware, and other malware
InformationRemember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system
You can also view this thread for a complete free and lightweight security protection combination:
Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

No I wouldn't, although another excellent debugger Northernsoul55, managed to spot something which I managed to miss, and here are the results:
The MUP is part of the Multiple UNC Provider service, which is part of the Windows filesystem, I would suggest this:Code:ROOT\LEGACY_MUP\0000 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Scan for any missing, modified or corrupted protected Windows files with:
You may also read this link also provided by Northernsoul55:
Should I re-install the mup service? just checking before I move forward.
Yes I would, try seeing if Windows will detect this service as missing with SFC /SCANNOW command, and could you upload the other dump files with the same tool used in your first post?
I have another problem now, when I try to uninstall a program I also get BSOD and sometimes I get the message Windows installer service cannot be accessed.
